mixed feelings about the stay

cramped room centrally controlled air conditioning

The room felt quite cramped, a real squeeze (honestly). there wasn't much room for luggage. also, the air conditioning was centrally controlled. I needed to ask the reception desk to adjust it each time, a hassle. the location is central, but the noise at night made it hard to sleep with the window open.

The staff was personable. The common areas were very pleasant. I found a good fair-priced breakfast available..

There was no elevator from the ground floor. I had to carry cases up the stairs to get to reception. the room was tiny.

The breakfast was unsatisfactory. There were few hot food options available. The limited selection made it difficult to find suitable choices. a stranger harassed me while entering the hotel, following me until I asked for help from the staff.

excellent stay at the port

perfect location helpful staff

i found the location to be perfect for exploring. the staff were helpful with directions and local tips. the air conditioning in my room was a great bonus given the hot weather. i very much appreciated their assistance.

i did notice there were quite a few stairs to navigate without a lift initially. this made it a bit tricky with my luggage upon arrival. it would be nice to have assistance or an alternative entry point available.
